Exquisite views of Table Mountain
Milnerton Aquatic Club, known as MAC founded in 1976, is situated on the banks of the Rietvlei Nature Reserve with Table Mountain as its backdrop. The Rietvlei Reserve is a haven for bird life and has a walking trail for people to enjoy the tranquility of the outdoors.
Because of its location, ideal wind and water conditions, MAC has become a very popular destination for the overseas water sports enthusiasts who spend between 3 – 6 months of the year using our waters.
MAC has a membership of over 500 members with three divisions, namely Power, Sailing and Boardsailing. A recent addition to the sailing section has been that of the Cape Radio Yacht Club and its members with their model remote controlled sailing boats who enjoy the perfect water conditions that MAC has to offer. For those who are not keen on technical watersports, we now also offer kayaking, peddle boating and stand up paddle board rentals by the hour.
Members can enjoy the facilities of the club’s galley and the bar which offers exquisite views of the water and Table Mountain. The moment the sun goes down, members can enjoy the sunset while having a braai or simply enjoy a sundowner after a day on the water. MAC also has a swimming pool, a toddler’s pool and a small play park for little ones.
We also look forward to hosting your meetings, conferences, product launches and year-end parties, anything that calls for a celebration!
Administration
A team of dedicated members head up the club management committee, which ensures the smooth running of the club on behalf of all its loyal members. Whatever you choose to do, at MAC you can enjoy a fun filled carefree day exactly as you wish, whether it is on or off the water. We are at your disposal and feel free to always provide us your feedback to enhance your experience.

Club Facilities
READ MORE ABOUT OUR CLUB FACILITIES
We host a variety of social events for members (and also non-members when the facility is available). Ultimately our members will always get priority with the use of our facility.
MAC has become very popular for corporate events which include day conferences or yearend functions. We look forward to hosting your meetings, conferences, product launches and year-end parties, anything that calls for a celebration!
Our Galley has gone from strength to strength over the last couple of years with people returning on a regular basis to enjoy a very reasonably priced meal whether it is pizzas, burgers, salads, fish & chips, stir fries, spit braais etc. We also do outside catering (cocktail platters) as well as our very popular range of frozen meals.
For any related queries & bookings, please contact the office on (021) 557 7090 or e-mail mac@milnertonaquaticclub.co.za and our friendly staff will assist you where possible.
